No. Residents are completely independent and there is no mandatory therapy, social program, or treatment required on-site. However, we do coordinate with external caseworkers and providers when residents utilize independent care.
Forward Commons provides professional property management. We conduct regular cleanings of communal hallways and kitchens, ensure laundry machines are fully functional, and handle all typical home repairs promptly.
Our house guidelines are clearly communicated upon application. Violation of our substance-free policy or respectful community standard results in standard professional lease management action, protecting the peace and safety of other co-living residents.
